Service timelines and deliverables may vary based on the package selected or custom agreements with each client. We apply industry best practices, but results cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, platform policies, competitor activity).
Clients must:
Provide accurate and complete business information
Grant access to all necessary accounts (e.g., Google Business Profile, website CMS, social media accounts)
Respond to requests for information, approvals, or content in a timely manner
Use our services lawfully and in accordance with platform policies
Failure to provide requested information or access may delay services or reduce the effectiveness of the work.
All payments are processed securely through one of the following platforms: Stripe, Wise, or Payoneer.
Services will not commence until payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid according to the stated due date. Late payments may incur a late fee or delay in services.
Pricing and packages are subject to change for new clients; existing agreements are honored at the price quoted at the time of purchase.
Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes on services purchased.
Important for compliance:
Payments processed through third-party platforms (Stripe, Wise, Payoneer) are subject to their respective fees and policies. Gladiators Ranking LLC is not responsible for transaction delays caused by these platforms.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, most services are non-refundable once work begins.
Refunds may be considered only for:
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Services not started within the agreed timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Services can be canceled for future billing cycles, but completed work is not refundable.
Refunds, if approved, are processed via the original payment method.

After payment, clients may use deliverables for their business purposes only.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or modify deliverables without prior written permission.
All website content, marketing materials, and strategies created by Gladiators Ranking LLC are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Gladiators Ranking LLC shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Loss of data
Third-party platform changes or penalties
Delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services purchased.
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, or Shopify.
Gladiators Ranking LLC is not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of third-party platforms.
Any platform-specific issues are governed by the respective platform’s terms of service.
All client information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sensitive data, including login credentials or account information, will be handled securely and confidentially.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own passwords and secure access to accounts provided to us.
Any disputes arising from services or payments should first be attempted to resolve amicably via email at info@gladiatorsranking.io.
If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where Gladiators Ranking LLC is registered (Colorado, USA).
Clients agree that Stripe, Wise, or Payoneer rules may apply for transaction disputes.
